1. Digital Products & Consultation Services, Digital Products (eBooks, diet plans, downloadable resources) :
All digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased. These items are delivered instantly and cannot be returned due to their digital nature.
Consultation Fees : Once a consultation is booked and confirmed, it is non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may reschedule your session at least 12 hours in advance by contacting us at arhaldar@nutritionbangla.com.
2. Physical Products
We strive to ensure you are satisfied with all physical items purchased from our store. If you are not satisfied:
Return Window : Physical products can be returned within 10 days of delivery.
Eligibility : The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.You must provide proof of purchase (order ID or receipt).Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
Refunds : Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Return Shipping : Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product was defective or sent in error.
3. Shipping Policy (Physical Goods) Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
Shipping Time : Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days within India, depending on your location.
Shipping Charges : Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
Tracking : A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.
