30 g Chopped Onion ( Optional )

30 g Chopped Tomato

5 g Chopped green chili

5 g Chopped Coriander leaves

70 ml Water

For green chutney

20 g Coriander leaves

2 g Green chilies
✓
2 g Ginger (Optional)

5 g lemon juice

1 pinch Salt

Water as needed for blending

1.In a bowl, mix besan, water, salt, onions, tomatoes, chilies, and coriander.

2.Whisk into a smooth batter with a flowing consistency.

3.Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease with a few drops of oil.

4.Pour a portion of the batter and spread it to form a thin pancake.

5.Cook on medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Repeat for the second chilla.

8.In a blender, add coriander leaves, green chili, ginger, lemon juice, and salt.
